Calm reply when I needed it
I opened the chat late at night with a faith question I’d been putting off for weeks. The priest who answered didn’t rush me and took time with each reply, which mattered more than anything else. It felt like talking to someone who was paying attention instead of moving to the next person. That steadiness stayed with me after I closed it.

Easy to start, a little uneven
What I liked most was not having to make an account first. I opened the site, typed what was on my mind, and got into a real conversation without that usual wall of forms and emails. For something you might use when you're upset or up too late thinking, that matters more than people realize. The replies felt thoughtful and grounded, not canned, and it helped that I could ask a faith question and also talk about regular life stuff in the same chat. The trade-off is that response time wasn't exactly the same all the way through. It started quick, then there were a couple pauses long enough that I wondered if the chat had dropped. Ngl, that's a bit hard when you're already feeling fragile. Still, when the answers came back they were careful and human, so I stayed with it. Not perfect, but easier to turn to than I expected and less awkward than booking something ahead of time.

worked for me in german
Didn't expect much, but being able to chat in German made this actually useful for me. Responses could be a bit quicker at times, but where else do you get that at odd hours?

helpful when I needed it

surprisingly useful
